Almost 4 Months Later...

It has been almost 4 months now...Tried a couple of times to update the blog but just couldn't do it for many unexplainable reasons.

Am in my 21 weeks of pregnancy now...2nd trimester. When I was in Brazil, it never occured to me that I could be pregnant then. After all those nausea and miserable, it still didn’t cross my mind that am with a baby.

3 weeks after the trip, the nausea and blotted stomach didn’t stop. My colleagues forced me to go for a check up. At the end, I decided to get the pregnancy test kit and did self check up. It’s positive!

I was stunned and happy. My husband even more excited than I was. We took off to the hospital the very next day to confirm the result. Alhamdullilah… I was 6 weeks pregnant then.

The past 3 months were not an easy period for me. I had to go through all sort of pregnancy sickness and sleepless nights. Work didn’t help much. I was under great stress and had to be on pills for almost 4 months. Alhamdulillah…it’s all in the past now.

During this Ramadhan al Mubarak, I feel much better and believe Allah has given me more strength. Am thankful to HIM for all that HE has given me.

Q is very much excited knowing she will have a little one to play with soon. I know that she will be a very loving sister. But I know I will be very busy later …dealing with her and the baby. But it makes me thrill…it doesn’t matter if it’s a boy or girl. I just wanted healthy ones. Insya Allah…

Talking about healthy ones, Q is down with fevers for the past 3 nites. She makes me so worry with her high temps. 40.2 celcius for 2 nites in a row. She will be having a concert/school play on Saturday, I know she’s really looking forward to the event and it’s a pity if she can’t make it later. Just called home a few minutes ago (while writing about her, just thought of checking on her). Alhamdulillah, according to bibik, she looks better and she’s sleeping. Must be the drowsiness of the medicine that led her to sleep.
