Time Passed....

Many moons ago I stopped posting. Too many things to handle and I just forgot all about this blog. At times, I had so many stuff that I wanted to write here and most of the time I did not make up time to do it.

Time flies and I never got to sit and look back one by one what I have done and achieved for the past many months. Well, lets see..... Ok. Lets start with work... (much easier and less important I supposed!!!... Hahaha)

I have moved into a couple of new roles since June 2007. I took up roles which require occasional travelling abroad. Can't say that I was not excited about it but I have to prioritize my focus. At first when I took up the role, I was expected to travel to some countries in Africa continent. If I was not mistaken, they were Kenya and Morocco. However, things did not go as planned. I ended up in Capetown, South Africa instead. And the best part of it was, it was not part of my project deliverables but a colleague of mine. For some reasons, he was not able to fly so I have to stand in for him and the worst part of all.... I had to be there for 3 longest weeks of my life!!!

2 weeks after came back from Capetown, I had to fly into Den Haag, Netherlands! It was last minute decision as well which was confirmed when I was in Capetown. However, luckily it was only for a week but of course it was during the fasting month which made it thougher.

And as I thought that I would remain in the same role, I had a phone call from a colleague during Raya break telling me that I were to report to the client office again but with different role and project. Hah!...and this round it might be for at least a year???!!! Ahhh.. enough about work. My favourite subject is my family...

My son is soon to be 10 months...and has started to crawl a couple of steps. Apart from his UTI which requires him to consume a single dose of antibiotic everyday, he's very healthy. His smile cheers me up each day when I come back from work. Many say that we look very much alike...and of course if he's adorable.. think about the mommy.. Hahahaha!!!

As for Q...she has grown up pretty fast since the little one's arrival. But yet, she will always be my littel girl. Spent a day with her during her holiday outdoor trip organized by the school. We had a great time and I intend to do this more often. We really had a quality time together. Nevetheless, I still wish that we could have a family outing...which I will be organizing one soon. End of this week, will be Q's last day in school. Both, hubby and I are withdrawing her from the school and thinking of exposing her to Kumon approach. Ohhhh shit!!! That reminds of something that I should have done yesterday....call the Kumon centre to set up an appointment for Friday evening to enroll Q. I better pick this up tomorrow!!

Abg has quit from his job in PJ for some unavoidable reasons. He was jobless for almost 2 months and just being contracted late last month. And not to mention, he enjoys being in the current role as he is back on IT track.

Life was pretty though for us for the past 2 months but Insya Allah...it will get better soon.

My parents just left this evening via Train after a week of visiting. And my bro is still staying with us until Raya Haji. Talking about Raya...both my hubby's and my leaves have been approved... yeehaaaaa!!!
