The AM Post

Being awhile since last I woke up for work in the morning. The weird thing is, I woke up around the same time as I always do each morning… about 6.45am…but somehow, knowing that I need to be in the office by 9am…distracted me. Used to the flexi hours very much…and I really enjoy it. Always manage to have a lay back morning and able to do tons of chores before leaving for work… These two days, none of that was possible.

And again, it’s impossible for me to make it to the gym… *sigh* (this is genuine). Let’s try to make it tomorrow... My back is aching; I guess this is the impact from sitting too long in front of PC. I think I read somewhere that, a man died after spending 16 hours non-stop in front of PC due to heart failure… Ghee… I do not want that to happen to me…

Yesterday, I thought of leaving the office by 6pm. But ended up… I left around 7.15pm. Hah! My flight is confirmed. Am flying off on 3rd June, at 10:40 am and will reach GIG on 4th June at 7:40am. Sounds like a short distance journey huh… but, it is about 28 hour’s journey all the way. We have the advantage as Malaysia is ahead by 14 hours. But then, later I will leave GIG on 9th June at 3.45 pm and reach KL on 11th June at 7:10 pm. Hah! How does that sound? Oh dear! I hate long hours on plane. I definitely go dizzy.

Our timeline this round is really tight and the team (inclusive of myself of course), will be working our butts off for the next 3 months. Just have to make sure that none of us jump out from the building during this period…because the tendency is very high.

My significant half is worry about me going to the South America. He mentioned about a riot that’s happening down there. But I guess, if the situation is worsening, the company will definitely not going to let us go. Which mean, at the moment, situation is under control. I think there will be somebody meeting us on the ground when we arrive.

Oh yeah! I got to leave…got to get ready for work and send Q off to school. We’ll touch base again.
